• “+” for added warmth – The “+” version means an extra 0.5 mm neoprene thickness boost over the standard Hyperfreak model, providing improved thermal protection in colder conditions. 

• Chest‐Zip F.U.Z.E. Entry System – O’Neill’s F.U.Z.E. chest-zip closure is engineered to be easy to get in and out of, while maintaining excellent flexibility and minimizing water entry around the zip.

• Seam construction – The wetsuit uses Glued & Blind-Stitched (GBS) seams combined with fully taped internal seam tape on key stress points to ensure waterproofing while preserving stretch and reducing seam bulk.

Care & Longevity

To maximise the life of your Hyperfreak:

• Rinse thoroughly with fresh, cool water after each use (salt and sand shorten neoprene lifespan).

• Hang to dry inside-out, on a wide hanger to avoid creasing high-stress zones.

• Avoid prolonged sunlight / high heat drying, which can degrade the neoprene and adhesives.

• Store flat or on a wide hanger in a cool place.

• When removing the suit, peel it off gently and avoid pulling on high-stress zones like shoulders or knees to prevent premature thinning.
